Staying Focused

Okay so day 2 of sitting with my notebook and pen. Yes I did get some writing done yesterday, whether it is any good I don't know because I haven't re-read it yet.

To be honest I don't think I will re-read it in its entirety and will just continue on and see what happens.

How do you stay focused? Do you shut yourself away from everything else that is going on? Do you go to the library, coffee shop or sit outside?
